Platform Commercial Terms

Our pricing is simple, transparent and aligned.

Presto receives a 30% share of funder commissions only.

We have worked hard to make sure our incentives are aligned with our clients’ to ensure they have a successful funding outcome that’s in their best interests.

Initial Term	12 months
Monthly Platform Fees	Waived
Transactional Fees*	The Originator shall be entitled to 70% of any Fees paid by Vendors to Presto for successful Marketplace Transactions.*
Other Client Fees	The Originator shall be entitled to 100% of any other fees it levies its Clients pursuant to delivering the service provided by Presto.

*  Fees will be paid within 3 days of receipt from the Funder from the Presto trust account.
